Paul graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commerce in 1984. Upon graduation, he joined Price Waterhouse where he articled for his CA, which he obtained in 1987. He joined Norton McMullen in 1987 and became a partner in 1990.
Paul is a senior partner advising business owners and business buyers with complex issues related to the sale and acquisition of private businesses, including transaction support, due diligence and taxation matters. In addition, Paul works with Executive Directors and Boards of Directors of not-for-profit organizations overseeing the provision of financial audits.
Paul serves on the board of several not-for-profit organizations and is involved in a variety of community activities.
